- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Instructions
- Air-fry or bake tater tots until golden.
- Toss shredded chicken in yogurt, chili powder, cumin, and garlic.
- Layer chicken over tots, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until melted.
- Garnish with onions and coriander.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken fillets (butterflied)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour + ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 2 burger buns
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 slices of cheese (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and cornstarch.
- Coat chicken in the flour mixture, dip in beaten egg, then coat again in flour.
- Deep-fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast burger buns lightly. Spread mayo-hot sauce mix on both sides.
- Place crispy chicken on the bun, add lettuce, and top with cheese if desired.
- Cover with the top bun and serve hot!

Instructions
- Spread tomato sauce over puff pastry.
- Sprinkle cheese, chili flakes, and oregano.
- Roll tightly, slice into pinwheels, and bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
- Brush with melted butter and serve hot!
